In June 2026, the YaoDe Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park in the Jinpai Port Development Zone, Lingao County, Hainan Province, successfully completed its construction acceptance.
Covering approximately 136 mu (about 90,700 square meters), the modern industrial park officially began construction in May 2024. After two years of construction, the project has now been fully completed and is ready for production and operation.
The completion of the industrial park marks a significant milestone in Lushi Holdings’ industrial development strategy in the Hainan Free Trade Port, transforming the Group’s strategic vision for Hainan into a tangible industrial platform. It also represents an important step in the Group’s expansion from its established manufacturing bases in northern China toward the southern coastal region and international markets.
Hainan YaoDe Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. was established by Lushi Holdings as the operating entity for the industrial park, with the aim of capturing the development opportunities brought by the Hainan Free Trade Port.
The company established its presence in the Jinpai Port Development Zone, Lingao County, one of Hainan’s key industrial development areas, in 2022.
In 2023, the YaoDe Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park was officially included in the list of key projects in Hainan Province. On August 18 of the same year, the company successfully acquired approximately 136 mu of industrial land in the Jinpai Port Development Zone and commenced investment and construction.
From signing the investment agreement and establishing its presence in Hainan, to acquiring the land, starting construction and ultimately completing the industrial park, Lushi Holdings has steadily transformed its strategic vision for Hainan into a real industrial presence within three years.
The completion of the project demonstrates the Group’s commitment to long-term industrial development, disciplined execution and strategic investment.
The YaoDe Intelligent Manufacturing International Industrial Park is designed to be more than a conventional manufacturing facility.

This geographic positioning is expected to strengthen Lushi Holdings’ ability to connect Chinese manufacturing capabilities with growing international market demand.
During the construction of the project, leaders of the Lingao County government made multiple visits to the project site to inspect its progress and understand the company’s practical needs.
